Explorers, we reached the finish line! 🎉

I'm still taking it all in, but I didn't want to let another minute pass without writing to you. Thanks to 255 amazing backers, the Dino Path campaign has successfully closed with $206,983 MXN.

It has been weeks of high emotions, sleepless nights, and hard work, but seeing so many people trusting Wacamole Games makes it absolutely worth it. Thank you to YOU for putting up with the madness of this process. You just made this dream come true. The game is going into production with that amazing Spot UV box! ✨

What's next? 🗺️

Even though the campaign is over, the real work is just beginning! Here are the next steps on our map:

1. 💳 Card charges: Kickstarter has started processing payments. Sometimes banks block these charges for security reasons since they are international. Please check your emails. If your payment was declined, Kickstarter will give you a few days to fix it. Don't miss out due to a bank error! 

2. ⏳ Late Pledges: Many of you wrote to us because you missed the deadline. Don't worry! We have activated Late Pledges on the page for those last-minute arrivals. 

3. 📝 The Pledge Manager: In a few weeks we will send out an official survey. That's where you'll provide your shipping address, pay for shipping costs, and confirm your language. 

4. 🏭 Pre-production: I am already in final talks with the factory to fine-tune the files and get the molds made. I will be sharing photos and videos of this whole process with you.

👀 One last thing...

I know we were extremely close to our stretch goal for the double-sided board. I will only say this: keep a close eye on these updates. There is still a long way to go, and on this expedition... surprises are always around the corner! 🤫🦖

¿Y ahora qué sigue? 🗺️

Aunque la campaña ya terminó, ¡el trabajo apenas comienza! Aquí les dejo los siguientes pasos del mapa:

1. 💳 Cobro de tarjetas: Kickstarter ya empezó a procesar los pagos. A veces los bancos bloquean estos cargos por seguridad al ser internacionales. Por favor, revisen sus correos. Si su pago rebotó, Kickstarter les dará unos días de gracia para arreglarlo. ¡No se queden fuera por un error del banco!

2. ⏳ Contribuciones Tardías (Late Pledges): Si se le pasó el reloj a alguien. ¡No se preocupen! Hemos activado las contribuciones tardías en la página para los que llegaron de último minuto. 

3. 📝 El Pledge Manager: En unas semanas les enviaremos una encuesta oficial. Ahí es donde nos darán su dirección de envío, pagarán el costo del flete y confirmarán su idioma.

4. 🏭 Pre-producción: Ya estoy en pláticas finales con la fábrica para afinar los archivos y mandar a hacer los moldes. Les estaré compartiendo fotos y videos de todo este proceso.

Wow, what an incredible first week! I just spent the weekend exhibiting at a local board game expo, and coming back to see the campaign at $157,996 MXN is the best feeling in the world.

Thanks to your amazing support, we haven't just funded the game, we have officially smashed our first TWO Stretch Goals!

🔓 UNLOCKED ($135k MXN) - 3D Punched Nest: The box insert will now feature custom punches to physically hold your dino eggs during the game. 🔓 UNLOCKED ($155k MXN) - Character Abilities: We are adding asymmetry cards! Every player will now have a unique power, adding a whole new layer of strategy to your heists.

Wow. Just... wow.

In less than 30 hours, we reached our funding goal! I am writing this update with a heart full of emotion and absolute gratitude. To every single one of you who backed this project, shared it, and believed in this wild idea: THANK YOU. Because of you, Dino Path is no longer just a prototype or a dream. It is an absolute reality. The game will be manufactured, the eggs will be stolen, and it will arrive at your tables!

This has been a project full of passion, late nights designing, and so much love. Seeing this community come together to support Wacamole Games in our very first 30 hours is something I will never forget.

So, what happens now? We still have 29 days to go! Now that the main goal is completely secured, it is time to look at the horizon and start knocking down our Stretch Goals!

As you can see on the campaign page, the roadmap is already revealed. Our very next target is $135,000 MXN to unlock the 3D Punched Nest (a custom punched box insert to physically hold the eggs during the game). Remember: every time we hit a new milestone, we will add physical upgrades to all copies of the game at no extra cost to you! Let's keep sharing the campaign to unlock them all.
